FC Gets Emergency Brake Cable & NYS Inspection

Finally got around to replacing the front handbrake cable (purchased a quality replacement from Walcks).  With that being done, I took the FC up to PRR Automotive to have it inspected. 

She's back on the road again, and will be making a trip to the local garden store for a load of cedar mulch.
